1)      Must supply before and after pic.   Take in swimsuit or exercise clothes.  Must take a weekly progress photo, same clothes, same pose.

2)     Weigh in and measurements at start and end. 

3)     Follow eating plan of choice (we recommend carnivore or Keto). 

4)     30 minutes of exercise daily (we recommend weight training).

5)     No alcohol.

6)     Read 5 pages of reading material of your choice.

 

All these things must be completed, you will be responsible for tracking, those who successfully complete will receive recognition and a prize. 

We will offer support, weekly check in-s in person or virtual, tips and ongoing encouragement.
